Want meat?  Carnivores rejoice, our meat truck is traveling to a neighborhood near you!

Introducing JJ Gonson of Cuisine en Locale, a very good personal friend, an amazing chef, a cool lady and a fellow carnivore.  We have linked forces to bring you our great meat and poultry products, and her cooking expertise in an off-the-beaten path venue.

Meat Meet Nitty Gritty:

With the power of JJ, our meat truck travels to the Cambridge area throughout the winter season to bring you all the amazing meats and poultry of our labor… because you asked for it! 

How it Works:

  • Check -Out the Calendar page of our site to see when the next Meat Meet is happening, or
  • Visit Cuisine en Locale to check out when the next meet meat is posted on JJ’s blog.
  • In the comment section below the post announcing the current Meat Meet- Post your wish list!
  • Or, e-mail, or call our farm directly with your requests/wish list/order.  (These orders will be confirmed by a farm representative.)
  • At each Meat Meet, our farm offers a full selection of beef, pork, lamb and poultry products.  See our price list for details.   We will do our best to supply your requests or offer suitable substitutions.
  • Before traveling in from the farm to the scheduled Meat Meet, we read posted requests and bring pre-packed, and assembled orders.  
  • You, then show up at the meeting time, the meeting place and purchase your meat straight from our farm – hormone, antibiotic and middleman free!
  • Did not Place an Order?  We bring extra!!  Packed neatly in our coolers for you to select from, or add to your placed orders.
