November 20th @3pm: ”Sunday Supper on the Farm” ~Stillman’s Farm, New Braintree MA
Come put the farm to bed, and share in the bringing in of the harvest, whilst picking up fresh turkeys from Stillman at the Turkey Farm, heat-to-serve traditional (and not so traditional) side dishes from Cuisine en Locale, and pre- packed boxes of potatoes, pumpkins, onions, brussels sprouts and other produce necessary for creating the perfect Farm to Table Thanksgiving dinner at your own home.
Locavore personal chefs, Cuisine en Locale will work with fresh Stillman produce and meats to create a table heavy with the bounty of autumnal New England. Sunday supper will be a lavish spread of delicious roast meats, roasted root vegetables, salads, and dressings. Not Thanksgiving dinner, because we all will be getting plenty of that in a few days when we open the containers, boxes and bags that will be available for pick up at this event, as well as at other Stillman CSA and turkey pick up locations, and through Cuisine en Locale.
